The One Where Connie Gets Sucked Into An Alternate Reality
Today I begin my reviews of the album 51 (Take It From the Top) episodes with an audio review of "The Inspiration Station." You really should listen to it. :-D
This episode was one of my favorites from Album 51, because although it does have some problems, it really is a deep episode, covering things that seem to apply to us older kids than just to younger listeners. Like you, I was nearly brought to tears by that phone-call scene.
But on the other side of things, it took me a little while to get over my slight bitterness toward Andre Stojka's Whit, and that masked my true feelings of the episode until the fourth or fifth time I heard it.
I have to admit, that wasn't as good as your bulk reviews of the GRC, but that's just because you had less material. I still very much enjoy listening to your reviews. They remind me of the days I used to pile episodes of The Unofficial AIO Podcast onto my MP3 Player. *sniffs* I look forward to your next one!
P.S. I nearly laugh every time you say, "Adventures in Odyssey," because your accent makes it sound like something French: "Evan-SHON-see." :D
